Le Fooding was created ten years ago “to make food rhyme with feeling.”

Every fall, they publish a guide and award their favorite restaurants throughout France.  

In the spring, Le Fooding and its sponsors organize a series of happenings with chefs. This year, the events are trifold: a mountain, a city and a seaside event.

A glass of the champagne Carte Jaune by Veuve Clicquot® will be served with an original creation by Poilâne. Le ‘Bécot Clicquot’ is a composition of two black pepper biscuits, in a shape of a kiss, held by a parmesan cream. A wink to the French pastry ‘Le Baiser.’

Val d’Isère, a ski resort in the French Alps, is the 1st stop, on April 25th.
Paris will be next on May 2nd, 9th and 16th.
And finally, Nice on June 5th.
