The ‘Galette des Rois’ is a French tradition. A cake you eat in January only, that hides a charm. The person who finds the charm is queen or king of the day. So, each Galette has a crown for every charm it hides.
 
At Poilane, the crown is made of oak leaves. It was only natural that this year, the charms would be acorns.
 
Each acorn was hand made by Le Petit Atelier de Paris. Hence, each charm is unique.
